Works well. Had to read the instructions and watch a couple you tube videos to gain some confidence before using.--what I liked----package: It came in a seal box which I liked since I knew this was not a return ( had that happened a lot to me lately from Amazon)- Power: remover is quite potent for being so light.-Light: Double click gived you the light which is not that bright to me in my well lit bathroom.--- Suggestions ---Water: It is NOT waterproof or water resistant which I was surprised since i imagine I'm not the only one that rinses her mouth as she does this. The plug cover is tight but I'm still being really careful considering the warning on the manual. Overall, pretty happy. I really recommend you watch some YouTube videos before starting. I almost cracked a tooth by winging it.

Sir / Ma'am,I purchased two of these items Blue for me, Pink for my Wife. I unpacked both read the instructions, and commence to start charging them both yesterday morning. It took 3/4 of the day to charge and my wife has been charging over 24 hrs. I was charging use my desktop. I’m a dental assistant. I know how to use equipment like this. I purchased this to use on the calculus on my dogs teeth. The 1st one wouldn’t turn on. 2 quick presses on the power bottom and nothing. Charged it, more that 2 hours, still nothing. Exchanged it, new one, pressed 2 quick presses and once again nothing. 5 seconds later it came on by itself and wouldn’t turn off for about 30 seconds. Wouldn’t turn on again. Charged it, nothing. Wouldn’t turn on again. Had to return a second one. Very poor quality. Very poorly written instructions as well.

Price is great

I have used this item twice and it doesn’t get the job done. I use a cheaper item from Walmart that does a much better job and it’s manual. This item purchased easy to grip, only have a pretty color and soft noise. Save your money so not purchase. This time get no stars from me but the system would not let me move on without selecting something.

Returned it after 3 attempts at trying to charge it and get it to work with no luck. Pretty sad because I was excited about using it.

I bought this to clean my dog's teeth. Works great & saved me money.

Does not work as advertised. Cant even get any off. Better off buying floss.
