If you haven't baked with loose bottom anodised tins, you are missing out. The heat distribution gives an even rise, the non stick surface makes removing cakes from the tin a breeze.I'm a professional baker and used to have to spend a fortune on tins like these, but then PME brought out this amazing affordable range. No looking back. Perfect!

Bought and used this product specifically for pressing a cooked ox tongue. Have previously used a similarly sized tin without a loose base, and so have now been very satisfied with the ease of removal of the tongue after pressing. Believe I will find similar satisfaction when used for cakes.

I love making cakes but living alone and with, currently, no in person colleagues to share cakes with, it's been a while since I made one. Originally bought it to make my mum an individual Dundee cake for Christmas but will be using it for myself now!

Although expensive, this is a solid, smooth and easy to use cake tin. Ideal for small birthday and Christmas cakes. I shall be ordering more!

Lovely little cake tin enough for a one person christmas cake. Only advise is line with non stick parchment paper or spray with cake release spray or your cake will stick. If you do this you’ll be o.k.

I used it for the top tier of a 3 tier birthday cake. perfect size . It was also very easy to clean.
