Love the product but when it arrived the pump was in the open position and the product was leaking out from around the pump.

This shampoo gives my thin, wispy hair a lot more body and heft. It also does a great job of getting my hair clean without drying it out. After using my hair is shiny and soft, but fuller feeling and less flyaway.
