These dumbbells are wonderful. They are easy to grip and they are well balanced. I'm very pleased with them. I recently went on Dialysis and had to have a vein portal inserted in my arm. In order to make the portal ready for use after surgery, I have to squeeze a rubber ball first for 3 weeks and then I had to start doing arm curls with weights. I purchased a 2lb pair of weights and they are the perfect set. I am handicapped so I have to do my exercises sitting down. These weights will increase my level of endurance. I'm so glad I found these weights on Amazon.

I bought these mainly because my other weights had a possible cancer causing substance when touched -- yuck! So I pitched in the trash and bought these. They are nice and light and I'm thinking of buying some heavier ones.

They're small weights. What could be wrong. I got the 1 and 2 pound weights for home physical therapy (after on site therapy) after hand surgery for arthritis. Exactly what I needed.

Cute color, smooth surface. Well made. I got the 7 pound weights, which have been a good beginner/intermediate weight to help with my home workouts. Follows the golidlocks rule: not too heavy, not too light, just right.

Perfect weight for old arthritic hands :-) My physical therapist used these for some hand exercises to help strengthen and gain mobility in my wrists. I came home and ordered my own - pretty cute in pink too. Easy to use and so no excuses for not doing your exercises at home.

I really like these. I like the way they feel. They don’t slip in my hands and they don’t feel like cold, hard metal. Nice colors, too. (Because I care about “pretty”.)

Just what I was looking for. Good grip with no chemical smell at all. I will purchase more in different weights
