I was so excited to get these for my son because I loved playing with them as a kid. These not only bled colors all over our hands, many came broken (about 1/5). They barely connect together and in general are not as nice as the ones I got from the $1 store as a child.The picture is the red /blue left on my hands AFTER washing with soap and water. They are of course made in China so I question if the dye is even safe.Update. Tried again to use these. They are not cut in alignment so good luck building something.

The colors are absolutely beautiful and I like that they are packaged in smaller quantities. The cut outs are a little tight and hard to put together for children. When pressure is applied the brake easily.
