Nice upgrade to classic car
My 60's car had a little breaker panel for 4 or 5 things. Being 50 years old, I didn't trust the level of protection or even know if the breakers worked! I was working on the power windows once and shorted them out. There didn't seem to be any "trip" time and it seemed like a dead short would have burned the car down, had I not been there to make the short myself.So while I was upgrading the glass tube fuses to and ATO fuse box, I grabbed this at the same time. I was able to figure out, one at a time, which each line powered so I could mark them, and properly hook them up to what I now know is proper protection.Being a classic car, I'll still unhook the battery when I'm done driving the car, but while I'm using things, It's nice knowing I wont have an electrical fire from an old breaker panel from 50 years ago!

Cheaper by the 1/3 dozen
Works perfect; much easier than messing with glass fuses on my boat (water can get in the socket - then its 20 minutes finding the fuse I need, etc..etc..)Dry it out, give it a min and the thing resets.
