Did the job, seems to work well.
Used as stanby saver on my HiFi rig. I'm using the 12V trigger signal from my Amp to turn my active speakers on and off via the Relay at 240V. You'll need a small power supply of course to run this module. I used one of the small Vigortronix products. Nice.

Rubbish circuit diagram
The circuit diagram and instructions are rubbish - I figured out how to use it as a straightforward relay (as opposed to a triggered relay) but it took such a long time I almost binned it!The solution is simple and it should be included on the circuit diagram (after being re-drawn) which was made by someone who doesn't speak English and specialises in abstract art!

Good product
I used it to isolate a reversing light from a camera. Worked a treat and cheaper than buying the parts individually.

Very good relay
I used this to turn a small 12 volt motor on and off using a proimity switch as the input.

Still working great! The relay clicks are not too loud and it has a low and high setting too.
Recommended if you require a functional optocoupler relay kit.

No instructions and I had to fix it
When I figured out how to wire it up, the light came on but the relay didn't work.I had to fix it myself by running a wire across two terminals.
