I was using a Pureflame HOB 743BRD for the past 5 years, brought it from Nandhileth G Mart..We cant blame the retailers, they say the HOB is very good because their profit margin is very very HIGHIt was a curse, really a curse. The burners are claimed to be Brass burners, used to bend within one year and 2300 per burner set. The product is substandard and will advise not to buy this product. Recently brought a Cast iron burner, if you are new to buying Hobs, do some research about brass burners / cast iron burners.What I understood is that, brass burners is efficient but it will bend in no time. Cast iron burners are more reliable and replacement cost will be less <500Rs.And I spoke to India technical head of world renowned Brand and he told that he cant give an assurance that brass burner wont bend. Pure flame hobs are very low standard products available in market. Recently I brought one from Nikshan electronics kannur, it got damaged soon.. they asked for replacement of burner at cost of 1800 per piece. Totally 5400+GST + service charges.. I brought the stove for ra 10500 , so guys shop owners will pressure u to buy it as they hv huge margin on.. please excuse pureflame products...u can alternatively go for conventional brands available in market.
