Good for bird watching, not really suited for astronomy.

Larger and heavier than expected .
A very impressive telescope, but was much bigger and heavier than we expected. The picture didn’t give any context about size and I guess we were lax in reading the details of dimensions! Sadly we had to return it and replace with a smaller more manageable one.

Very clear image, this is a large scope you do need a good mount as used for a movie camera.Very pleased with the scope.

Excellent spotting scope at a very good price
First and most importantly, the optics are excellent. While it won't rival some products at umpteen times the money, the quality is still very good by any standard; clean, sharp, well-defined and with a decent field of view. The build quality is reasonable; it won't rival products at a higher price, but nor does it feel flimsy. Overall weight is modest, so it's easy to carry about while remaining quite reassuring in mass terms; if you're after a spotting scope around this price point, it's highly recommended.
