I really want to love these. I do. But I have several issues.I made sure in the description it said it would hold my giant phone (a Samsung Galaxy Note 20). It does, but I have to take all 3 parts of my protective case off to fit it inside.I watched videos, read reviews...... but it's just not living up to the hype.I can still use my phone through the plastic, yes. But I have fingerprint recognition to unlock and I can't use that. So it takes several movements to get me to the keypad entry.And I can't see the clock or battery life through the "frosted/color" top of the package.I also can't take a selfie because the back is a color.For the most part, it has kept my phone protected. But one of my big draws was that in one of the videos, or actually several I think, people were showing how they could take pictures and videos underwater.Yesterday, I was floating and had laid my phone on my stomach. Someone bumped me and I fell of my float (kind of slow motion, not a hard jarring) and my phone went to the bottom of my pool (small pool, less than 3 ft deep).I immediately scooped it up, but not before it started filling up with water!!I had it sealed closed and this should NOT have happened!Luckily I got it out of the case fast and dried it off, but that was not cool.If you just want to keep your phone dry near water, I'm sure this is fine.But please don't immerse your phone underwater.

Fairly flimsy, but you get what you pay for. Kept one daughter's phone dry and she even captured decent photos above water with it. Didn't try under water. Another daughter claimed hers leaked, but I have no idea if it was how she was using it. She's not always as responsible with those things as others. :) The price was perfect and allowed me to share with family on our tubing trip that had forgotten their water protection. Use at your own risk. :)

It got the job done and kept my things mostly dry. A little hard to handle on a float trip without pieces of it falling out of it.

The clasp didn't hold up well but atleast my phone did not get wet

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these for a weekend trip to a water park, I wanted the kids to have their phones on them for obvious reasons. They worked better than I ever could've expected, I thought you could only text through the pouches, but the kids quickly figured out that you could make and receive calls too (on speaker phone)! We now have a ton of photos & underwater videos of our trip & I was able to keep up with my teens no matter where they were in the park! They clearly heard their phones ringing & texts coming thru and were able to respond quickly without needing to remove their phones to do so. I cannot comment to the life expectancy, I only bought them for use over the one weekend but all 4 were in great shape after the trip, so I did store them away for any future event where they might come in handy again. I highly recommend this product!Both the picture & video were taken on my phone from inside the waterproof protector. The video is actually super clear hd, I guess Amazon compressed it so it lost quality in the upload :(
