Great product. I was a little hesitant about the quality at first, being from mountaineous area and having used the actual product itself. This product exceeded my expectations and turned out to be just as good. Good quality, extremely helpful for a variety of things. Highly recommend.

I was introduced to Fouzee Pure Himalayan Mountains Shilajit by my Indian friend. I run on tracks daily for about 2 hours and workout daily. After taking for 2 weeks I feel more energetic throughout the day and at bedtime. My step dad is also taking this particular brand regularly. It has now been 2 months of taking it and I feel much energized and my testosterone levels have heightened!!

Product came in on time and I wasn't sure what to expect by it, has a metal taste to it I haven't really noticed anything different to me. Not sure what to make of it

I ordered this last month. I pre-ordered so when I finished my last jar I would not have a gap... I opened the jar up... the threads on the top of the jar are half broke off and the Shilajit is hard as a rock... tried to send it back for a refund or resupply with a new one but was denied.... annoyed and out 45 bucks...

The first thing I noticed was the smell. Very dark black tacky resin that smells like rubber. It's definitely very firm and needs to be somewhere warm to help soften it before use. I placed mine in my pocket for about 20 minutes. Then I put a dose in warm water and it melted easily. The water was a brownish color. It definitely tastes like a mineral supplement. I felt the effects right away. I swished it and held it in my mouth to give it some time to be absorbed under my tongue before I swallowed it. I noticed the effects almost immediately. I just felt like a flush of warmth and it gave me sustained energy for the entire afternoon. I blended enough to take to work with me and drank the rest of it around 3:00. It gave me sustained energy throughout the evening. I was surprised by how warm it made my body feel, how clear it made my head feel, and it actually soothed my digestive system and I felt like I could get a nice deep breath. It calmed my anxiety also. My only suggestion for the seller would be to mark the metal spoon with a line so that people know how much is serving size is. I don't generally know what 250 mg looks like. Lol

Ive written multiple reviews for this product and this seller but they haven’t shown up on the review site. So I’ll write one again.I’m writing this review because this here is a truly superior product compared to other brands I’ve tried that are mined in the Himalayas and others, mined from different parts of the world. But I’m mainly writing this because in the last few months I’ve seen Shilajit prices on Amazon go through the roof. And it really is a shame to see it happen and this seller proves that it doesn’t have to be the case.Here’s pure Golden Shilajit mined at the highest elevations, prepared and packaged the traditional way without attempting break the bank for the consumer.He gets it straight from the source and believe it when I say that other vendors aren’t charging more because they’re paying the distributors and/or laborers out there any extra.So give this brand a try, especially if you’ve been buying that popular brand everyone knows, like I did and wondered if there was a way to get the same thing without feeling a little ripped off every time you bought it. I couldn’t really tell it did any good

I'm a workholic with busy schedule, I needed pre workout drink before hitting the gym. Which can help my recovery and help me in bed. Friend of mine told me about shilajit and I came across this FOUZEE Himalayan Mountains Shilajit which was half the cost with metal spoon. Resin was hard, but there was instruction inside package to put few drops of water, which I did and sat aside for 30 mins to make this resin softer.I saw other sellers selling shilajit much softer which can tell it has more water contentt for double the price without metal spoon. After drinking for few days, I could feel more energetic. I'm very satisfied with the results and price.
