Great little travel set

As I tend to buy watercolours individually, either in half pans or in tubes, I got this case to accommodate my growing selection in one place. My Cotman, Winsor & Newton Artis, Jackson and Daler Rowney half pans fit well, Schmincke a bit more tightly but still good. Plenty of empty half pans are included for use with tube watercolours.The extra fold-out mixing areas together with the lid provide ample mixing space. I love the pan arrangement with the double rows at the bottom, which means I can group my yellows and blues nicely. There is plenty of space for brushes or to blue-tack extra half pans into.The box has a sturdy quality feel to it and is the perfect size for storage. As I am experimenting with different pigments and watercolour makes, the room for expansion makes this the perfect palette case for me.I might buy another one to make up a pan set from my Inktense sticks ;-)

I bought two of these and they were way cheaper then others I saw online. They arrived within 10 days, well wrapped and I am very pleased with them. They are good quality. The price has not meant they are inferior in any way, and the pans fit snugly and do not roll about. I needed them to transfer 60 gouache colours into as the tubes were taking up too much space on my table. I still have 12 pans left over for metallics. Love the purple colour of mine too :)

This is such a good design - you can have over 30 colours in the pans and still have lots of room to mix the paint in the centre of the palette plus using the two wings and the lid. I was surprised how lightweight and easy to hold this is even when the pans are full. I haven't field tested it but think it would be a good travel companion.

Well made product, compact. Daughter is delighted as it means she can add to A level work while out and about.

I have used this palette again and again. It is really good value for money, hold plenty of paint and the mixing well don’t bead up too much either. Really pleased.
