Brush should be replace immediately if its length is under 0.2inch (front and back brush should be replaced together). Easy install
The brass gear is too long, only had a few threads to hold the handle on but I will shorten it up some.The keyway is not cut wide enough in the brass gear but I made one for it.Otherwise the thing is easy to install and works well. So far.

Works fine, decent quality.
Added this bad boy to an old J head Bridgeport. Works fine plenty of power and sturdy controls. Had to modify the brass spacer a bit but nothing any machinist with experience can’t easily remedy.

Poor assembly instructions
Assembly instructions were inaccurate. Specificities the shim information. Unit has a bit of a growl that comes and goes as the unit turns.

Not good ! slow !
Its very slow no power the box said 220 v but has 110 plug kinda feel ripped off Put this in the trash find another
