Office Air Purifier

I have stopped sneezing as much as i was. As soon as i would sit and my desk i would start to sneeze imidiately. SNeezing about 100,000,000 times a day. The day that i got this little guy they changed our vents, so i am not sure if i stopped because of the purifer or because of the vents being changed finally. Either way, I dont feel tired in the evenings, and i yawn much less, also i havne't gotten sick since having it, while everyone else in my office is infected!

I like that it's usb powered - very convenient for a desktop environment - however it seems to be passive in nature. If it had even a tiny fan I might consider bumping up a star on the rating, but most of the time I can't even smell the ionized air to tell it's on. If I pick it up and smell it then I can tell it's working, but overall it's more of a novelty to me than anything else.

I got this in hope of eliminating urine smells from a coworker. This tiny thing does NOTHING for smells. With that being said-It works great for all other uses. I have yet to be sick and have been surrounded by sick people since I got this. So yes, it does work as in taking germs and whatnot out of the air. As for smells-it doesn't do crap.

I actually think this is helping me, as I was tending to get light-headed and dizzy in my little windowless office surrounded by electronics, and haven't felt that way since using this.BUT, and this is a big but, this thing makes a horribly annoying high-pitched whistling sound when turned on! I can barely have it on for more than a few minute at a time, so as not to have a ringing in my ears the rest of the day. I've been trying to turn it on when I leave, and let it run overnight, but that's not what I bought it for and I'd rather have it running during the day while I'm actually working.

The light is on but with no moving parts and a fairly clean office I can't say as I notice that it does much. So goes the life of ionizers. I knew it going in and that is why I purchased a less expensive one.

Convenient size for desk placement. Not sure though if it's doing the job filtering. Hard to tell if on any given day my sinuses are better off for having it run. But for the price it seems worth the possibility it provides some good filtration.

Not sure if it is doing anything at all. Just keep it turned on everyday on my office desk.

I work in a cubicle setting. I sit 3 cubes away from a very smelly co-worker. This along with the help of some air freshers have killed the smell in my area! I can no longer smell her from my cube!! That is huge for me, I use to have to leave my work space to go out and get air and it was slowing my work performance. Now I can sit and enjoy my space thank you air purifier! It's also helped me from getting sick. the person right next to me had a cold and I didn't even get the sniffles!
