I wanted a new home computer for general use and was torn between getting a tablet or a laptop and this versatile laptop seemed to offer the best of both. It has a powerful processor has more than enough RAM and storage capacity.I was a bit put off initially both with the the price and the fact that it was a second hand device but when compared with its price when new it seemed to be excellent value for money so I decided to take the plunge.When it arrived I was impressed first by its sleek appearance and design. It is a good looking laptop. Setting it up was very easy with some helpful typed notes included in the box by the vendor. So far it has worked very well. The battery life and recharging times have been good too.Well worth the money paid for it.

It wasn’t very clear to me in the listing that this is not a new laptop. I had quite a few difficulties getting the OS updated when it arrived and had to get an IT expert to help. Now it’s up and running, it’s a great laptop.Also (not an issue with the product), it was delivered by DPD and left in my shed while I was out. I’d really expect something of this value to require a signature on delivery.

Everything seems to be working absolutely fine, but I didn't receive my Lenovo Pen with it.
