Sange Crash Bars Chrome Engine Highway Guard Frame Protection for Honda Rebel CMX 250 1986-2014 CMX250C 2003-2012

I drive a 2007 Honda Rebel CMX250. To start, the ends of the bar that connect to your chassis were bent just barely outwards so the bolt was just barely not long enough to reach the nut with the crash bar there. I ended up bending the pieces with some pliers so it would be straight enough because if it's straight, it would fit perfectly. The. The top part that connects right under the horn didn't fit at all, I had to hold it in a bent position with pliers to tighten it. This all took about an hour and a half to put on, I feel like it should've have taken as long as it did, but it did because of the extra bending I had to do. Other than that, this crash bar is NOT meant to save your legs in a crash, the sole purpose of this is yo protect your engine. It barely does that anyway, as you can see from one of my pictures, the crash bar barely extends out from the engine. I wouldn't recommend this for any reasons other than cosmetics

Does fit 2007 rebel 250, but had to bend it with pliers to fit, took a little longer than it should, but it works.

The crashbar does not extend out far enough from the bikes sides to be useful. It barely extends passed the motor housing. Thus, it provides no protection for legs and feet in the event the bike is laid down on it's side during a crash. I sent the bar back.

The crash bar clamp bolts and lower single through-the-frame/engine bolt are too short.Solution: Include correct length bolts (3) with Crash Bar.

When welded must have welded too hot and blue holes through the pipe other than that it fit the bike okay
