The first thing I noticed with this when I got it was how heavy it was. Solid, high-quality materials, and the carry sack made it more portable than I thought. It has a belt loop that I don't think I'd ever use, as it's still a fairly large bag, but it disassembles really quickly.Functionally, it's really solid, and the pick accessory was a nice touch. I took it snow camping, and it more than held its weight trying to dig through some solid earth. It takes a few seconds to put together with its threaded nut-style design, and it held up nicely.For the price, it was an awesome purchase. I'm thinking about buying a couple more for family.

Husband here. So first off this shovel is small. That being said, that is exactly what i was looking for. I wanted a small, light shovel to carry in my hiking backpack/overnight camp bag for fire pits etc. This shovel is PERFECT for that. It is strong and is high quality. Even though it’s small it can put in some work. The pick feature is nice and the shovel as a whole is comfortable to use both one and two handed. It’s already been out hiking and digging both in the mountains and in my yard. Overall it is a great little shovel. Just be aware it is on the small side but can compete with the bigger ones. The pictures and description are a bit misleading as to how small this thing actually is. A hand held garden shovel is actually larger and it can fit in your pocket when folded, even when wearing skinny jeans.

This shovel is small and lightweight. It is just big enough to carry on your backpack. It is more of a multitool than a scatdigger. You have the ability to actually move some dirt or rocks if you have to.

This little guy is perfect size for my pack. I like the different functionalities. Easy to assemble and fits nice and compact in the case. The green color is great too. It does have a bit of a gasoline smell to it (idk if that has to do with the materials that it’s made of) but it was pretty strong when opened for the first time.

Sturdy shovel, wish the handle was a little longer though!

I wanted an ALUMINUM implement (as I have several different brands of this implement in carbon steel). Unfortunately, this is FALSELY ADVERTISED as aluminum, and is, in fact, constructed of CARBON STEEL.Never-the-less, I still like the quality of this implement, and will retain it.

Product came with a terrible smell. I don’t know what it is. Part of the handle screws on and off, so when you dig and turn the shovel to your right it loosens.

Spaten ist ideal für Kleinstgrabungen bis ca.30cm Tiefe.Als ich bestellt habe, nahm ich an, dass der Spaten BW-Grösse hätte.Aber das tut dem kein Abruch. Das Teil ist gut verarbeitet. Die Schraubgewinde sind Ok.Der Stiel lässt sich halbieren. Das Teil wird mit Gürteltasche geliefert, sehr praktisch.Die kleine Spitzhacke ist eine otimale Ergänzung.

Hat ja nett ausgesehen der Spaten und machte auch nen guten Eindruck.Aber nur wenn man ihn nicht benutzt. Für lockeren Sand geht das Teil.Aber er verbiegt sich sofort wenn man in festerer Erde gräbt. Hab ihn nach 3 Stunden Einsatz wegschmeißen müssen.Ich würde ihn nicht wieder kaufen...
