Q: can colors be added to this to create unique palettes?

I don't see why not. The liquid latex dried clear though so I've never really had the need to do so.

Q: If i used this on leather to block the dye would it peel off after the dye is done drying ?

It should peel off, however I am unsure if the dye would be unable to bleed through. I suggest testing on a small patch

Q: Does this work on yarn?.I need it for the bottom of knitted slippers. Thank you!

Hm. MAYBE if you made alot of layers with the liquid latex to make it a bit more durable, but Im not sure. Why not try it out though? This stuff is cheap! ^_^
