It doesn't do anything as it said.. it helps in sweating coz it fits to body.. nothing helps in increasing the temperature. Even if you workout heavily u sweat very less near tummy and even rashes appear if you use it for more than 2 hrs.

Its easy to use and comfortable too.. can wear while cooking working exercise etc..

U lose in inches specially on abdominal area... It more effective if you wear during workout..
