Heavyduty thick but soft similar to Silicon. Notches are cut out for easy access to Spring bars. I bought a few of these. I collect watches and have over 20 diveband and this is one of my favorites. I even prefer it on my 22mm seiko turtle & solar tuna over the stock silicone. So pliable fits on 22mm lugs w/no problem for a very heafty dive look. Also fits snug on my 24mmers.

Good heavy duty watch band. It will accommodate a large arm. I am average size and use the last notch.
