I have to admit, with not being able to try on the jacket first, reading the few negative comments here and on their website, and learning that the company was over seas, I was a little apprehensive about placing the order to begin with. So, I emailed Factory extreme's customer support to ask a few questions first. They called me within 24 hours, and definitely helped. I've been impressed by the commitment to customer service, it was always prompt and honest.Being a Midwest motorcycle rider, I was in the market for a heavy winter coat. This is not one of those, it is a lighter jacket. What was cool was that customer service was very honest about that right from the start, ensuring that I wasn't about to buy something I wouldn't want. You don't find that often from a lot of businesses, honesty at the cost of a sale. I almost backed out, but their offer of a 100% if I didn't like it made it worth trying on. I like the jacket, it probably wont work for the 10 degree weather this winter, but Its keeping me warm now, with weather in the high forties. Its very comfortable. As far as price, its a little steep, but when you compare the thicker coats in this style, your get to the $500 dollar range. Believe me, I searched high and low. So pricing is still completive. IT will be worth every penny if the leather holds up for awhile. I'll follow up this review after a few months and report.What others have written about confirming measurements is true. factory Extreme was very careful about making sure the Jacket would be a perfect fit from the start, even offering free alterations. Shipping was very fast, and expedited at zero cost!! We even had a small shipping error, and Factory Extreme paid for it to be corrected immediately! Only delayed arrival by 3 days, no big deal. Considering most overseas company's still take 3-4 weeks to ship, I still had mine within 10 days.I wanted to be thorough with this revue, to ensure Factory Extreme gets a fair shake, a lot of those negative reviews almost prevented me from buying, and I'm glad I took the chance, I couldn't be happier right now. Again, as long as the jacket lasts awhile, I'll always have good things to say, and would definitely order again when I'm in the market.If your still questioning the legitimacy of this review, feel free to contact me. Got as a gift for my husband. The leather is nice and soft. No smell and fits well. Husband is 5'10 and about 210lbs, he fit a large perfect.1/25/16 - Update on my review. I previously rated this jacket a 5 star but now I've rated it lower. Reason - Purchased this item for Christmas 2014 so my husband has had it for exactly one year now. First wearing he loved it and mind you that we live in an area that most of the year it's grey and rainy so he cannot wear often. Recently he noticed that he felt like something was poking through his shirt like a hair or something, come find out it was the stuffing that was in the lining. I have pictures to show, they're everywhere. I recently contacted the company and they're solution and reason of this happening - "We have showed the images to our quality team and they said that the threads coming out due to rough usage of the jacket. You can cut these threads with the help of any scissor and use it." Uh no that's not a solution because it'll continue to poke out. So I won't be buying from this company again, the jacket wasn't cheap neither. Also my friend bought the same exact jacket but a year earlier and he doesn't have this problem with his. So if you don't care to pay this amount and for the threads to continue to poke you and come out then this is jacket for you :)."We have noticed you have purchased this jacket a year ago on 19 Dec 2014. As per the amazon policy, we are only able to return the jacket within the 30 days." but they clearly state in each email that "100% customer satisfaction is our utmost priority" pshhhhh.

This jacket is well made, but to me it does not look like leather, it does not smell like leather, and it does not feel like leather. This looks and feels like the kind of faux leather jacket that a Euro-Hipster would wear. This is because the "leather" is actually SHEEP leather, not cowhide. It took me just 10 minutes to decide that I would never want anyone who actually knows me to see me wearing this jacket, so I sent it back. If Neptune made this same jacket on cowhide, this would be "The One".Now; as for dealing with the seller, I have to say that they were outstanding in every way! Great communication, truly a no-hassle return, and I suppose it's not their fault that the USPS charged me 26 bucks just to ship the jacket from California to Texas :(

Jacket looks great. First one I got was pretty snug but they sent out a new one as soon as I returned it. I haven't tested it out in the cold yet but it's a pretty lite jacket and I'm sure it's gonna need a couple layers underneath to get through the winter for sure. I advise giving yourself a little room to move when taking your measurements. All n all im very happy, great company and great jacket!

This really is a great jacket. The quality is awesome as is the styling. The customer service is incredible. I highly recommend that you provide your exact measurements as they will size the jacket to your exact needs, The two types of leather look great together and the styling is pretty unique.
