They are great! I even helped my oldest sister order them and she doesn't even need her hearing aids to listen to her programs and you can even go out on the porch and still hear it thru the headphones

I purchased 2 pair Sept 2014 and all 4 extensions broke and were glued together by me. Though the plastic parts were cheap and flimsy the sound seemed good enough to this nearly deaf man. 2 pair lasted 7 months by juggling the parts.
