I highly recommend this book! When I put down this book after reading it I have not picked up a cigarette since! Along with a deep desire to quit I am a FORMER smoker! Thank God! Finally!!

I ordered this one for my mom so I haven't seen the women's version first hand, but I read the original The Illustrated Easy To Quit Smoking in November of last year and have been smoke free ever since! Mom has been smoke free for about 6 weeks now.

This book works if you are ready to stop. I have had at least 4 people stop with this book.

I love the original book so I ordered for my friend (me and my husband stopped smoking with it) I wasn't sure, she will read it so I ordered the comic book (Illustrated) I had the same additional form me, she got the usual book, not Illustrated, just to read, I do not understand what happened.

As good as useless. In fact, it’s more likely to make one worry than out is to help. No friends? You need friends. Pick the type of friend you’d like. Now make friends with them. Easy. Worried about money? Don’t be? Change your life and do something that will make you money. Easy. This didn’t cost me very much, but it is still my worst purchase this year.

So my missus gets this and I roll my eyes again. So for and ex smoker when I met her to becoming a smoker again because she says I stress her out ! Anyway this ain’t worked as she’s still smoking a few months finishing this.Crazy how ppl write glowing reviews for stuff not used or tried out lol.

The original Allan Carr book was more effective

Very short nothing like the non smoking or alcohol books.

This was nowhere near the quality of his earlier books and seemed to be just a few pages of various ramblings. I initially thought the rest of the book was missing but is wasn't.
