Colour Name:Magenta Translucent Pigments : There are 9 colours in 5ml dropper bottles. You don't need much pigment, merely 1 or 2 drops will provide sufficient colouring as shown in our examples ( see photos ). The more pigment you add the richer the colour. We have tested the Pigment on our Polyester & Epoxy clear resin. We have only tested the pigment on the resins sold by Swindon Watersports. We always advise doing a test sample first before undertaking any large or important piece of work.

Not Labelled
Would have been nice to have the bottles labelled as in the pictures and description for this item. I am colour blind and I really cant tell half the bottles apart or match them to what colour they are supposed to be. Next time I order I hope there will be labels on the bottles as shown. Eventually I will have cycled through them and will have off casts of them to match with the bottles for easy identification, but for now it has left me in a lurch.

Don't Believe everything you read
This Dye is tiny half the size of your pinky finger & absolutely useless i had to have the whole bottle in just 100ml of resin to get the colour to look like the colour on the bottle & then it wasn't enough. I thought by buying a more expensive product from the same people i got the resin from it would be very well matched but boy was i wrong. Steer clear of this set of dyes at all cost go elsewhere for a better and cheaper price.

Great to give your resin that colour effect
Great pigments to have when mixing with resins. Only a drop give a beautiful opaque colour effect.

Easy to use but you need quite a lot to make a strong colour
Easy to use - just add to the resin when mixing with hardener. These pigments come in tiny bottles to make translucent resin colours, but require a lot of pigment to make more than a subtle change in colour. I used 1.5 bottles of pigment plus a few drops of black added to 1.5kg of resin/hardener for a coffee river-table.

Works well. The applicator allows only small amounts to drop until you achieve the desired colour. Very happy

Not crystal clear when used for strong blue
Tiny tiny bottle however colour is strong very little turns clear resin dark blue but also slightly cloudy by the time it's dark blue
