Work very well... with some adjustments
If you look for videos on YouTube you will find good instructions on how to install this door handle. In principle you do not need to be very handy to do this but make sure to have the right tools.I highly recommend doing a good paint job (1 coat primer, 2 + coats of paint) with kits found throughout the net that match the original color of your Sienna.Had to replace both handles on a Sienna and found them both satisfactory replacements. Some of the internals of the handles do look cheap but are functionally sound. Overall quality comparable to OEM. Have been using these replacements for almost a year. After replacing the handles I suggest taking a few more minutes adjusting the door - with the door panel removed it requires a little bit of trial and error adjusting the multiple cables that secure the door. If only one of the approximately 3 cables is off the door may seem to open but won't. Pulling incessantly on the exterior handle or repeatedly pressing the interior unlocking mechanism will not make it better - trust me. I wish I would have done this from the beginning. Over time you may need to repeat this procedure when the door seems difficult to open.

Worked fine.
So, these come from China... I'm not bickering about Chinese craftmanship, because they seem to be pretty well-made for what they are... The OEM snapped like toothpicks, so if these last a year, I'll be satisfied. These were literally shipped from China. They took a long time to get here. That being said, there was in fact only 1 item in each package. I ordered 2 because reviews were mixed about quantity and both handles needed replaced - I didn't want to chance only receiving 1 and having to do it all over. The finish was a matte black that would be easy to paint, but with replacing EVERY handle on this pos sienna, the all black handles on white van do not look bad. There are no instructions included in the package, which should not be a deal-breaker. There are 100s (not exaggerating here, pos sienna doors) of videos on youtube about replacing these.

Didn't work, so I had to fix it
I installed this in less than 15 minutes, including a quick fix. The mechanism doesn't have enough travel to pull the cable enough to fully unlatch and open the door. I thought I was ingenious by moving the cable housing forward and clipping it in to allow an easier open. Everything was great and worked fine...until I locked the car and put away my tools. The next morning, we took the kids to school and that door wouldn't unlock or open from inside or out. When I adjusted the cable forward, it prevented the unlock mechanism from working. The next night I put the cable in the proper place and it allowed the door to lock, but it would not unlatch to open the door. It gave the first open, but got caught on the second latch (like a door not fully closed). The way I fixed it was to fold a piece of foil and put it inside the flat metal loop...before the far side of the cable. The extra 1/16th of an inch allowed the pull to come farther and fully unlatch the door. The handle is light weight and extremely glossy, unlike our previous replacement handle (which we prefer as a smooth matte). Now I know the difference between a $11 replacement and one which is $20.I'm getting very efficient at replacing Toyota door handles. I wish the originals weren't such cheap plastic. This is my 8th handle on our second Sienna, between the inside front handles and all of the outside handles.

Good Bang for the Buck
The part fits perfectly as advertised. Overall quality is satisfactory but not quite up to the original's. The black color is essentially neutral for all vehicles. Aesthetically, if desired, one could paint the handle or even replace all the handles with aftermarket black ones so the vehicle matches all around. That cost would still be cheaper than one factory painted original equipment handle. Typically getting the body panel off is a drag, and having a couple of extra body panel clips around could prove helpful but not necessary if careful. Online videos detailing the process are great. Good bang for the buck.

Works great, but it's just ONE handle
The handle works great. I got it quickly, and it installed easily, and it has been working faithfully. Please know, however, that you only get ONE handle, not two. The discussions are not clear about this, in spite of asking the vendor. The one handle will work for either door, but it is in fact only one handle that comes in the box. I thought it might be two based on the description that was up at the time I purchased it... though by the time you read this, they may have clarified.Good hardware, though, and I'd buy from Aftermarket Auto Parts again.

Buy more then 1
The handle works fine. Installed fine. Holes lined up. I have a Sienna and a Corolla. Prob 10 handles total on both now. These handles are cheap enough where its not to big of an issue. Toyota are always know for this. You become a pro at this after doing 2 or 3.

Handle was installed easily, and after using it for a month
Got both handles! Handle was installed easily, and after using it for a month, it works great! Not a bad price, but wish Toyota had made better handles. Oh well --- at least it was an easy fix, and got a spare so when the other goes out we're ready to replace! The handle is black while the van is green. It doesn't really match, but when you're driving around with two children, a matching door handle is the least of your worries, you just want it to work! Part fit a 1999 Toyota Sienna.
