My Springer likes to get him self into some tight spots, stuck between two walls, jumping in the river and then cant get up the bank...the usual Springer stuff. So I decided a collar with a handle would be...handy.Its wide enough and padded enough not to dig in. The buckle is secure and easy to use, my daughter 6 and mother (arthritis in her hands) can both use it. The ring is big enough to fit ID disc, micro chip tag, halti, lead and then some, another perk of it being so big is it's easy to find and connect the lead to. And the handle is comfortable enough and sturdy enough that should you need to use it you can and dont have to worry about struggling to find it.There is a velcro strip for patches 'Do Not Feed' etcThere are a few small tabs for velcroing things, these have begun to fray, I dont need them so cut them off and heat sealed the ends to stop this.Good value for money. But be careful when measuring, the minimum collar size isn't quite right. I measured the dog and their guide recommended a large collar. Even on the smallest it slipped over his head. As I said earlier my mother has arthritis in her hands so she wanted the larger collar for her GSD so she has the handle and the larger ring for the lead. I re-ordered the collar in medium and am very happy.

The nylon collar itself seems well constructed and feels strong.When I received the item I noted that the buckle mechanism seemed quite flimsy, but went with it.3 months after purchase, one of the pins, its clip and spring popped out and the collar is now unusable as the magic sticker (velcro) on its own detaches if the dog pulls, and the small parts are lost.For £26.49 I expected the collar to last many years, given that the description specifically refers to the buckle as being "heavy duty". Disappointed.I will not buy this item again.

Very tough well made.adjustable and appears toBe able to stand up to the job ,however I hate all the exposed Velcro on the outer part of collar.It takes away a sharp look not everyone wants to Velcro words onto collar.I didn’t realise how much Velcro there is .

I have a cross breed great Dane English mastiff he weighs 8 1/2 stone at eight months he doesn’t Pull he just leans Useful just to give a talk as a reminder on the handle on the colour

This is by far the best collar that I have bought for my dog, being easily adjustable, strong and such superb quality & craftsmanship. I absolutely recommend this.

Gutted 13 months and its snapped. Only used as a collar, never used to attach lead and its bust
