Just started to make own pasta so although have a pasta maker, when doing ravioli wanted something to seal the edges properly. The device is good as you can easily remove wheels so you only use the ones you need. Easy to clean and it is quite robust. I don’t feel it will break while changing the wheels around. It does the job well of sealing the edges of ravioli.

This is totally fine to use if you only want to make pasta using slightly too thin pasta dough. Otherwise the design means the handle keeps detaching & it all goes horribly wrong. Massive waste of money.

This is such a good idea, but in reality it falls very short. You have to push down really hard to get the pasta to cut and if you push down from above to get more pressure, the frame opens up at the ends. It needs something down the middle so that you can add enough pressure for it to cut through. I had a look on Youtube to see if there was a trick to using it, but I noticed that one of the videos shows it doing the same as mine did, and the other video was at an angle when cutting so it didn't show the uncut area and then it cleverly showed the person dropping the already cut strips onto the worktop - hence you cannot see the cut pasta once it is done on the worktop. Hmm, wonder why?
