Great Hammock, Great Straps, Great Value
I "upgraded" to this hammock from a woven Mayan hammock I got a few years back. I put quotes on upgrade because it is a big, luxurious hammock I could probably fit 3 people in. But that thing is a beast! It's about 13 feet long and almost as many pounds. I got pretty tired of lugging it back and forth between house and yard, even though it is only about a 30 feet trip. Definitely not something I could take out to a park or out on a trip. I also got tired of it slicing off my pants buttons if they got stuck in the weaving. Because of that, I decided to look for a lighter, portable, parachute based alternative. This Fox hammock definitely meets all those criteria! And not a single sliced button yet.The first thing I noticed about this hammock is that it comes with some really fantastic tree straps. When I read that tree straps were included, I assumed they would be pretty basic ropes without much going for them. What you get instead is a pair of sturdy ropes roughly 5' long inside of some great sheathing that cuts down on the stress on the ropes as well as whatever you wrap the ropes around. The ropes come pre-tied with a few knots so you can choose between three different places to clip the carabiners into. I could definitely see these straps being sold separately for around $15. It's nice that Fox includes them with the purchase.Setting up the hammock is a breeze. Just find a couple of trees or any other suitable anchor points and throw the straps and hammock up. The length of the ropes is not as much as you'd get with something like the ENO Slap Straps or Atlas Straps, and you won't be able to get them to work with really large tree, but they're plenty long enough to work for most people's backyards, especially if you're from a Pine rich place like South Carolina. But they're free! And like I mentioned, they're great. The only real complaint I can think of right now is that the single hammock is a little snug. I'm a little north of 6' and when I try to lay diagonally across it to get a nicer flat surface, my feet come pretty close to the edge. If I were to go back and buy this all over again, I would probably spring for the double hammock, but the single really is perfectly sized for one person. It's kind of like the difference between a 1 vs 2 person tent: you'll fit fine in the single person tent, but sometimes you want a little extra elbow room.I've only used this hammock once so far, but I still felt I should jump online and leave it a great review. This is, in my opinion, the best hammock you can get on Amazon. Considering that you get a well made hammock with tree straps and at a really great price, you really can't go wrong here!

Awesome hammocks
I'm very happy with these hammocks. I have a black fox outfitter hammock and bought this one for my wife whose getting into hammocks. Our hammocks are rated at 400lbs and they hold up very well. I've got a quite a bit time in mine and I enjoy my hammock. They have knotted ends with carabiners. They are fairly quick to set up and take down. The sewn on bag is nice to store your pocket stuff while your hanging. Can't say anything bad about this hammock. Very pleased......tip for beginners so you don't make the same mistake as me. If you buy a tarp, whatever style it may be needs to be a least 11 feet long cause the hammock is roughly 9 feet long and you need a foot on both sides hand over.

Strong, Lightweight, Comfortable
I used this hammock for a relaxing napping spot on a recent camping trip. It was perfect! In warm conditions it stays airy and cool. In colder climates I'd reccomend a layer underneath you to keep your back from getting cold. This was just as strong as a competitor's hammock, and cost me a lot less. Had I been alone, I might have forgone the tent and just overnighted in this!Other campers nearby were suitably jealous.

Perfect hammock for me - although I don't often go camping, it's so lightweight and easy to move, I can set it up in a few minutes any where I want to 'snooze'. The small attached storage bag stores it neatly when not in use during inclement weather. Very reasonable price for the quality.

Excellent design; on par with ENO
Excellent design; on par with ENO. You can add extra knots to the attach ropes to make hanging the hammock easier. Also, the Fox Outfitter's single hammock is the same size (or larger) than the ENO double.

Great deal, especially when other manufacturers want you to pay a bunch extra to get the straps. This came with straps. Who would want a hammock without the straps?

It has held up wonderfully, and the color is beautiful
I've had this a little over a year now and I still use it frequently. It has held up wonderfully, and the color is beautiful. Definitely recommend as a cheaper but just as efficient substitute to ENO.
