Each piece of the weathervane is powder coat painted with a antique copper vein paint for years of protection. The top of the weathervane pivots on a polished stainless steel pin. The wind cup anemometer has a sealed ball bearing that will spin with the slightest breeze. Each weathervane is available in different mounts: ?Garden Stake consists of 2 poles that combine to make a pole made to add to your Garden?Roof Mount is a V-Shaped plate along with a 15 inch pole that easily fits over the top of a A-Framed roof. Can be adjusted to any roof pitch?Adjustable Mount consists of a 3 inch by 3 inch square plate that can pivot a full 90°. That flexibility allows this mount be used on deck railing, fence, or your roof fascia. ?Arrow top can be interchanged for the season. All arrow tops fit easily on any SWEN Products Weathervane. turns in the wind
this is my second weathervane that I have bought. The first one did not follow the wind as they should. It was another brand. This brand looks good, and does what it is supposed do. If it ever wears out I will buy another just like it.

Superior quality
I purchased this to use in the garden and was quite impressed when it arrived. This is no cheap, tin weathervane! The quality of the material is superb, and has a beautiful textured copper finish. Very heavy and substantial, with a good working ball bearing for smooth turning. I tried mounting mine on a pole at first, but these weathervanes really do require a perfect balance to function properly. It will come with a roof mount bracket, which I highly recommend using. I moved the location to another area where I could use the bracket and it works much better. I bought the wolf, which was awesome and my favorite, but Swen also offers a ton of other options for the top figure. You won't go wrong purchasing from this company. They make a great product. Love it!

Not disappointed at all
I was looking on-line for custom mades at much higher prices ($300+) and after reading the reviews for this I bought one. Not disappointed at all. Very well made, works and easy to install on my roof.

Swen Wolf Weathervane
The wolf weathervane from Swen products was great. It went on my barn roof flawlessly! It actually looks more like a coyote which also pleased me. It is very functional and works good.

Wonderful Wolf Weathervane
I purchased a "Swen" products weathervane from Amazon. When I recieved it I was pleasently surprised at the wonderful quality and the ease of installation. It looks great and works great. I also am impressed with the quality of the materials used to manufacture it.
